Who bent my bars... Danni Rothmann in the Sprinfield Youth Race

CYCC again hosted a round of the Eastern League Cyclo Cross Series on 16th September. This race is the main fundraiser for the club (last years race paid for our visits to Newport Velodrome amongst other things) and thanks to the hard work of both youth and adult members is a hugely successful event. This year was no exception with many of the races selling out and a record number of youth riders competing in the history of the league. Compliments on the catering, lap counting, sign in desk were received from competitors, league officials and the commissaires. A big thank you to all who helped in anyway!
On the racing front, CYCC had a few members giving a cx race a go, Jordan managing to take second in the Juvenile Youth Category the best result of the day.
